Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry

Rules & Regulations

For in-kind donations to be given in support of the food pantry, please contact our Church Administrator at admin@klccdecatur.org or feel free to call us at (770) 808-0490.

No disorderly or threatening behavior towards the Food Pantry staff or other recipients will be tolerated at any time. No drugs or alcohol or anyone under the influence will be tolerated within the Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry at any time. Persons suspected of being under the influence or being disorderly or threatening, will be asked to leave and may be prohibited from returning to the Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry in the future. If they refuse to leave, the Police will be called immediately.
Failure to follow and obey these rules will result in removal from premises and the privilege to use the Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry.
Pantry staff workers are not always available or able to help bring food to your vehicle so please bring someone with you.
The Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry is a non-profit organization. The Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry reserves the right to determine who receives food and how often the Pantry may be utilized. The use of the Pantry is a privilege not a right. You can visit the pantry ONCE A MONTH….Thursday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm – 1st & 3rd Saturday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
A client intake interview and form completion is required to become a client of the Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry. Questions regarding you, your family, your household members and needs will be asked to determine your eligibility to use the Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry. Failure to comply with the interview process may limit your access to the Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry. If there is any change in the information provided on the intake form, please notify the Pantry immediately. These interviews and intake forms need to be updated every six months or as requested.
A Valid ID and Proof of residency is required at time of service. You must have birth dates for each person in your household. You are allowed to visit Kingdom “CARE” Food Pantry ONCE A MONTH … Thursday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm – 1st & 3rd Saturday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

A document will be available upon arrival for you to sign stating that you agree to the above stated rules & regulations.
